Children's animated sequel directed by John Kafka. After returning from their honeymoon, Cinderella (voice of Jennifer Hale) and Prince Charming (Christopher D. Barnes) attempt to settle into the routine of normal palace life. However, when she is cast in the role of Royal Hostess, Cinderella finds the prospect so daunting that she begins to think the happily-ever-afters might have been spoken too soon. But with the Fairy Godmother (Russi Taylor) and her friends on hand to help out, Cinderella soon sees she can overcome any challenge put in front of her.
The musical dinosaurs from the Great Valley are back for another song-filled adventure. Littlefoot (voice of Alec Medlock) dreams that he has found a land filled with brontosauruses like him. When he tells his grandparents (Kenneth Mars and Miriam Flynn) about the dream, they take it as a sign that they should set out and look for the land Littlefoot is describing. After many days of travelling, they are thrilled to discover a new world where longneck dinosaurs are in abundance. Then, when they run into his long-lost father, Bron (Kiefer Sutherland), who vanished before Littlefoot was born, the little brontosaurus is faced with a life-changing decision: stay behind with his newly rediscovered father, or go back with the grandparents who have cared for him all his life and be reunited with his friends.
Fievel and friends are back in this third animated adventure. The chirpy mouse sets out to help Mr Mouskewitz escape the drudgery of the Fat Rats' factory, setting out with Tony and Tiger the pussycat to find their fortune with a magical treasure map.
This research is focused on effectively understanding, measuring, and modeling the impact of Access to Care (AC) on Patient Safety (PS) through the creation of a model that evaluates their interdependence. Using statistical tools and a combination of variables that define patient access to healthcare and patient safety, a Patient Access and Safety (PACSA) index is developed. The input variables used to support this research are Patient Access Factors (PAF) (Age, Insurance Type, Visit Type, List Price, and Days To an Appointment) and Patient Safety Factors (PSF) (Severity of Diagnosis, Race, and Gender). The calculated Patient Access and Safety (PACSA) index provides information to both providers and patients about the impact of access and safety on treatment outcomes. This research also describes popular access to care methodologies, quality tools and process improvement techniques, including Six Sigma. The indices developed can offer benefits to health care organizations, healthcare executives, patients, physicians, and government entities by providing a versatile tool to help improve access to health care and patient safety.
